NT Meeting 1/17/2012

The first payment of $216.00 is due Tuesday, January 17th, 2012 (per my previous email laying out the schedule). Also:

  1. You should be getting together with your Trek Group to discuss and plan what you want to do on your Trek;  The groups are: 
    • July 2 - 12 :  Ben Simpson, Ian Moore, Chris Peterson, Didge Daniels, Aidan Marron, Walter Daniels, Kim Moore, Scott Langdon 
    • August 6 - 16: Nathan Saper, Will Morris, Les Saper, Jim Morris, and some PTBNL's (Players To Be Named Later).  
  1. You should be starting to get your conditioning up to speed.  
  2. Go on the Northern Tier web site at http://www.scouting.org/sitecore/content/NorthernTier/Adventures/SummerAdventures/SommersCanoe.aspx and look around the site.  Look up the high adventure guide, read it , and get familiar with your planned Northern Tier adventure.
  3. We need to meet at least once a month to build and keep focus on our treks, training, and preparation.  My uggestion is meeting on the Tuesday evenings when payments are scheduled.  That means we'll meet next as a whole group on Tuesday, Jan. 17th, after the regular scout meeting.  Bring your questions and plans.
