Tour Plan

This replaces the old tour permit process.  Refer to the FAQ to determine if you need to fill one out.

Medical Form

This medical form is required to updated each year for youth and adults.  A copy of your insurance card is also requested.  Medical forms are required for all people going on a camping trip with the troop.
